A Little About Sam
This website was founded by Sam Evans who currently resides in Coolidge, GA. He grew up in southwest Georgia and also lived three decades in Gwinnett county near Atlanta, GA. He hosted three bottle shows in Athens several years ago and has hosted many collectible shows for Olympic memorabilia. Sam has had an Olympic Pin collection on display in the atrium of the Clarke county Georgia courthouse since 1998. He has an extensive bottle collection from southwest Georgia and is considered an advanced collector. The dixiesoda.com was his brain child, along with the Georgia coke bottle checklist and the Georgia Hutchinson bottle checklist. Sam buys, sells, and trade Georgia bottles.
